Marketing Analytics Concentration - January 2025 Graduate
I came into the MSBA program with limited full-time experience but a strong interest in understanding how data could shape strategies in the retail sector. The Marketing Analytics concentration provided the ideal platform to build my domain knowledge in marketing while developing the technical skills needed to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance. Through hands-on coursework in areas like customer segmentation, A/B testing, developing dashboards, I learned to connect business context with data-driven insights. This experience not only sharpened my ability to translate analysis into action but also helped me land a role at Crocs, where I support the Customer Experience team by analyzing returns and contact center trends. My work helps identify friction points in the customer journey and supports initiatives to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency.
